Ive been locked out of the website

Hi there,

I tried to log into the website to get an update about the UK oled addons as I havent heard anything about my ticket yet and its been like 9 months. I appreciate the sad passing of Mr Wiggly has had a knock on effect but I just wanted an update really. I tried to log into the synthrom site but it wont take my email or any login details for some reason even though I am using my email address I created my account and ordered with?

    if i recall correctly, the login on the synthstrom website is for when you've received an email once it's your turn to send your deluge to be retrofitted and receive a password to complete your payment.

    if you haven't received that email, then it isn't your turn yet.

    Pay Deposit after July, 2023: Oct-Dec 2023
    (Why UK has experienced delays)

    Since you paid around 9 months ago, you are most likely in Round 2, I'd imagine you will find an email in the next couple weeks!
