Allow internal kit and synth clips to send MIDI notes via MIDI Out

Allow kit and synth clips to send MIDI notes on a selected MIDI channel in addition to controlling their own samples/synths.

A new MIDI setting could be added to the clip settings menu. A setting of OFF would send out no MIDI. A setting of 1-16 would send out MIDI notes from that clip on the selected MIDI channel.

In case there's a technical limitation around sending MIDI on the same channel from multiple clips, the list of selectable channels could exclude any channels already used in other clips.

I imagine the feature wouldn't allow you to select the same MIDI channel for more than one instrument. So if you had a MIDI clip set to channel 3 then set a kit clip MIDI channel you would only be able to set it to 1, 2, 4, 5, etc.
