Adjust Keyboard View Row Offset
Note offset between rows is now configurable by holding shift and using the horizontal encoder.
e.g. a keyboard layout with offset 12 will display notes where moving up/down a row plays an octave up/down. The default Deluge row offset is 5. The setting is saved per clip in the song file.
Discuss this feature, provide video/audio examples, etc.
