Delay before start of ADSR envelope

Implementing DELAY as an extra envelope parameter is useful on OSC2. It adds dynamics to the shape of a sound combined with OSC1. Having this DELAY parameter modulated with a random value will make it even more interesting. An example is the Javanese Gamelan instrument where 2 gongs are played each on a different octave but not exactly hit at the same time.

you can kinda make it snappier by patching env1 back to decay1...

yeah thanks all this new stuff on the deluge has me fantasizing over envelope modifications
