Multisample pitch detection with only semitone transpose

Because classical instruments aren't played pitch perfect 100% the multisamples should neither be tuned to perfection. That is why there should be an added option to allow the Deluge to tune the samples from not (0%) up to full (100%). This is especially important with the future feature of a round robins.
