MIDI-CCs in KIT midi-row

I've been wondering why this feature hasn't been implemented for a long time.
This is a fairly simple feature to control external drum machines.

    I made the same suggestion and I think it should be quite easy to implement, since each midi-row behaves on it's own (channel, note) anyway...
