It is possible to delete a Kit on the Deluge as described here. But that process is not very intuitive.
One would probably expect the Deli to delete a Kit with Shift-Save/Delete-Kit, but this button press combo makes a new kit.
Suggestion: Change this button combo to delete a Kit.
I have no real idea how difficult this is to implement, but a gut feeling tells me it is probably on the easier side of changing things on the Deluge, so likely this is a good task for getting your feet wet with Deluge development.
