Enable metronome while REC begins countdown.

Hopefully a nice and simple one!
Often I realize I want the metronome enabled when I've already armed REC, hit PLAY, and the countdown is starting. During this countdown period, you are unable to hit (SHIFT+TAP TEMPO) to turn on the metronome. I have to stop the recording, arm the metronome, and then arm REC and press PLAY and wait for the countdown again to start recording again.
*Must have Countdown set to ON in RECORDING settings of main menu.
