A command line tool to generate a Kit patch defined by regions in samples

Hello!
I made a simple command line tool I use to create my Deluge kits.
You give it samples with regions I edit using Ocenaudio (but other tool like Sound Forge should works) and it create a Deluge patch kit with one row per regions.
This allow to find the perfect position to start and to end a sample very easily.
The tool also takes care to copy the samples in the SAMPLES directory so the new kit is ready to use.
I made this tool with Rust, and I decided to open source it.
It's my way to say thanks to Synthstrom for going open source.
