Master Volume Knob Problems

My Deluge has a weird problem with the master volume on Headphones. Its like the Volume Knob only affects the right channel, when i turn it all down i still get full velocity on the left ear, only the right side mutes. I´ve let them replace the volume knob along with the oled retrofit, but now a few weeks later the same problem occurs again
