Little or no sound when triggering synth patches using drum triggers

0

I've tried triggering a synth track with my kick trigger without receiving much sound at all, and I've also tried resampling one note from a synth track and mapping it to a kit track. Also with little or no sound.
It seems like an issue with the amount of velocity required to trigger a synth.
What am I missing?

Maybe editing the velocity modulator can help? Think all patches by default have set it to max.

you mean you have a kit clip where one of it's row's is a synth and when you audition it that synth row (within the kit clip) it doesn't sound much at all?

aside from checking velocity (place a note on sequencer, then press and hold it while turning <> encoder to set velocity (default is 65)), i would double check the individual level/filters of the row you are trying to trigger. additionally, check if 'affect all' parameters like level or filter are set low
