v4.1.3 Pitch bends missing on MIDI clips?

I just got my Deluge back from the OLED refit, and I can't figure out if this is something I'm doing wrong or just how the new firmware works.

I have my Linnstrument hooked up via USB, learn to a MIDI clip, but no matter what it seems like pitch bends never get sent out to the MIDI device. I know the bender on the Linnstrument is sending this correctly since it gets picked up fine by the Deluge's internal synth and by the MIDI device if I hook it straight to the DIN jacks on the Linnstrument.

Is there some setting that does this? Is it a bug? Do we just not get to pitch bend anymore?
