Can't access retrofit options


Hi, I've been contacted that I can get my Deluge retrofitted, and the email says:
"3 ) OPTIONAL Check out the other services you can have done at same time (encoder replacements, new battery etc) and also what merch/accessories are available:"

But I can't seem to access that page, my community login doesn't work and I can't seem to find a working link to the relevant information.

    I should clarify that the email also contained a password that doesn't seem to work for me.

    Update: I eventually got to the retrofit options page after paying for the upgrade; seems strange but perhaps you have to do that before being able to see the options?
