Using existing presets as starting points for new ones

Hi, complete newbie here.
(Also, my background is in analogue music, so some technical terms may be over my head)

As far as I can see, the manual only mentions creating presets from scratch.
Is it possible to use an existing preset as a starting point and tweak from there?

Regards,
Kai Quale

Yes! You absolutely can tweak the presets. And you can save what you’ve done to the patch with save + synth. By default, it will create the same preset name with a new number after. But you can name it anything with the QWERTY function, or turn the select knob once counterclockwise to overwrite the existing preset, then press save again to confirm.
