Power led always red when not charging

Good morning everyone. I wanted to know if anyone else had the same "problem" as me.
The Deluge works perfectly in all respects, but when it is not connected to a charging source (usb or DC) the battery led is always red, as if the Deluge was discharged. In reality, however, it works fine.
I have already tried to replace the battery with a new one (with the required specifications) but nothing has changed. In any case, the Deluge charges normally both via USB and via DC and the charge lasts a long time.
I'm curious to know if anyone has solved the problem independently without having to send the product for assistance.
