Setting up account on website

I am trying to login and setup an account on the website, but I seem to be stuck in a loop. I'm pretty sure I have an account and ordered the 3.0 manual a couple of years ago. None of my logins seem to be working and cannot reset. Additionally, I don't see anywhere under the account area to create a new account?

    The accounts on the Synthstrom website are only for admin and Synthstrom personnel.
