Locked out from website!

Hey not sure what’s going on here but every time I try to go to the main website it sends me to a screen saying I’ve been locked out?
Anyone know what’s going on?
Before that it wasn’t recognising my password even though I’m logged into the forums fine.

    the log in on the main website is for admin i think. there are no accounts on the main website, just the forums
