Trying to understand the ringmod engine. One thing is strange to me: when creating a brand new synth and changing it to ringmod, the sound of the synth keeps changing every time I press a note. It’s like there is already some modulation on it by default. Is this normal?

    What you’re hearing is the variations of the oscillators phase when they are multiplied, as RETRIG PHASE is set to OFF by default, allowing the oscillators to be free running.

    Just set both oscillators to be fixed value phase if you want the tone consistent.
