wait for next bar switching sections?

I am having some issues sending out program changes per section. Most of my gear needs to wait a bar before making the program change, in this case multiple grooveboxes as well as a looper. If there were a way we could have an options setting that would "send the program change" and then wait for one bar to the next to change, I think it might fix the issue. Would this be doable?
