Can the Deluge send MIDI clock when it’s not playing?

I use the Deluge to sequence different pieces of external gear. I’d like for the clocks of the external gear to be synced to the clock of the Deluge before the sequence starts playing. Having the tempo of the pieces jump into sync with the Deluge when I hit play can cause some unpleasantness. For example, if my Moog Matriarch’s delay is synced to tempo, the jump in tempo when the Deluge starts makes the delay jump around at the beginning of a piece. The Hapax has an option to send MIDI clock out constantly, not just when it is playing. Does the Deluge offer such an option?

The Deluge doesn’t send clock if it’s not playing. But if you mute all clips and press play it will send clock without playing any sequence.
