Getting Permanent Error Message after firmware 4.0

I tried updating my Deluge with the newest firmware and got an error on the display. I turned off the unit and turned it back on and the 'Error' message displayed again. I can't move past it now. I tried using a back up SD card and get the same message. The Deluge it non operational now. 
Any ideas here?

Spoke with Ian from Synthstrom. There were some hidden files on the SD card that needed to be removed. I would have never thought of checking that. Thanks, Ian.
