V4.0 MPE output issue

I am having issues getting the Deluge to properly output MPE. I noticed I would get notes to hang when connected to both my Micromonsta 2 and Pigments on my PC. Using Midiview I analyzed the output for Din and Computer MPE->out->lower->15 and many notes are on output Channel 16 despite pressing multiple notes at once(no round robin). My K-board Pro 4 works flawlessly with my MM2 at 15 channels, however I have to reduce the channels when routing through the Deluge to get it to work without notes hanging.
