Does Hydrasynth respect Deluges treatment of MPE?

I'm having a lot of trouble keeping Hydrasynth from sending midi outside of its section (I've got hardware synths on midi channels 1-10 and have sequestered the upper section to channels 11-15, with 16 as the master) Hydra still jumps down and sends midi to the other channels. Hydra is learned to the "upper" midi section but will not respect the boundary. Thanks for any help.
