Right Channel Output lower than and Left Problem with Stero Line In

Firstly the problem I have is the RIght Channel Output is lower than the left. Not sure why this is? Panning is set completely at neutral. Ive tested on my mixer and I can see a lower output. Changed cables etc...etc.. still the same.
My other issue is that when I record on the Line In via a TRS Stero cable using Stereo or Right as the line in settings it mixes in all active tracks to the line in source when recording. If I select Left I just get mono left from line in and no other Deluge tracks. I really need the other tracks as a monitor/reference track and record stereo without it mixing it in. Any ideas what this could be?
