Deluge sync with Moog Mother 32 and Subharmonicon

Hi everyone,
I am having difficulty getting my Deluge to reliably sync up with the Mother 32 and Subharmonicon via midi.
Success seems to be intermittent at best.
I set up a midi track and set the channel to 2. (Mother 32 is set to ch2). Playing notes and using the Deluge to sequence works fine, but starting a M32 sequence in sync either works or it doesn't. It always starts the sequence, but often the Mother 32 starts late.
Sometimes 2-3 steps late. Sometimes in sync. It is all over the place.
The issue I am having with the Subharmonicon is with gates over midi. Note "on" acts as it should, but note "off" triggers a middle C every time.
Is anyone having success syncing these 2 synths up to their Deluge?
What is your method?

    same problem, but the note is not middle C but middle F :smile:

    Problem was 100% on the M32, not the Deluge. I had to get out of settings menu and play a bit with sustain / step sequencer buttons to make it work.
