Volume Knob got sluggish

in Deluge Help
Hi, i did not use my Deluge for a long time (shame on me).
Now my Volume knob got sluggish.
It turns very easy till one point, then it gets kinds stuck and then it is turning easy afterwards.
Guess this is the point where i left the Deluge ?
Is there anything to make it turning easy all the way again ?
Since the is electronic stuff i dont want to do anything wrong and damage the lovely Deluge.
