New Deluge doesn't appear to be charging...

Hi folks I'm a brand new Deluger and really diggin it. I only received it yesterday and its already my fave gear. I was using it yesterday plugged into a dedicated USB power hub I have without issue. This morning I though I would try the battery functionality but it appears to have no power. When I plug the USB cable back in I'm good to go. The LED blinks green then yellow with the USB cable in. Its been plugged in for over 10 hours so I figured it would have sufficiently charged the battery by now. Any ideas?

    Alright a little digging and I read about the battery seating issue which can be caused by shipping. Disassembled the unit and discovered that indeed that was the issue. I pushed the tabs together and we are back in business. So in this case the alternating green then yellow LED appear to have been a "no battery connection" indicator.
