Deluge MIDI Import via SD & Notation Software with Highest MIDI Export Accuracy?

Hi there, sorry I know this isn't really a Deluge question but I'm trying to understand whether my Sibelius 6.2 software will be able to export simple duple/triple meter notations into MIDI data that can be accurately and reliably exported to a MIDI file that Deluge can read. So I guess to bring it back to Deluge: 1) can MIDI files be uploaded into a Song via SD Card? and; 2) Do you know offhand of any music notation software that is particularly accurate in its MIDI export capabilities? If not no worries I realize that the question is not exactly within scope. Thanks!

    The Deluge does not currently accept MIDI files of any kind.
