Can any please explain how to
Erase all (notes) from a clip... Without erasing the clip/kit itself?

To clear all notes and automation from a clip press and hold the horizontal knob and press back/undo, while in clip view.

With that being said sir how do you do the same with just a single row?

No problem at all
There’s currently no function to delete just a single row. Besides doing it manually, you can mute that row with the mute/launch pad, depending on what you’re after.
