IS MY SOFTWARE CORRUPTED?

I have started experiencing problems

1st in a kit clip. when i try to change volume/pan my kit changes to synth. further attempts to press volume selects the scale menu.
also if i press delay time/amount it goes to a save screen with the letters UA on the display.

also in a new synth clip in 16th notes when i press a pad instead of just creating the pad i press i generate values on every other pad right across the display

i have tried the software update, creating a fresh card with new data but neither worked.

any help would be appreciated

The video isn’t opening for some reason.
If you’ve already re-downloaded and installed firmware than I’d get in touch with @Ian_Jorgensen
Sounds more likely to be a hardware issue if firmware has been installed successfully.

Yeah I haven’t seen anything like that before. I would try re-downloading and installing firmware if you haven’t yet. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to get in touch with Ian.
