[Move to Software Suggestion please] Edit clip length in keyboard mode

Being able to change the clip length with the usual "Press [SHIFT] + turn (SCROLL◄►)" command.

Right now there is no difference between "turn (SCROLL◄►)" and "Press [SHIFT] + turn (SCROLL◄►)", both just changing the pitch range, so I was actually surprised that this was not possible.

This (alongside enabling some other basic clip editing features (see other thread)) would make live improvisation much better as right now one has to constantly exit keyboard mode to make some minor adjustments.
