Save -> Collect = Error

I have started to record audio in song view, in my opinion much more intuitive than recording into a kit. But I have encountered a big problem when saving with the "collect" option. Most of the time I get "error" and some samples will be missing when re-loading the song. I have tried changing name, re-recording, re-formatting the card etc. etc. but nothing helps. It seems to be random what sound that throws the error, can't make out any pattern.

Any one knows what could cause this? Using the card that shipped with the Deluge, fairly long (up to 1,5 minute) samples, 7 in total.
