One of the most interesting aspects of the forthcoming 3.1 update is the ability to enter notes at incredibly fine resolutions - we're excited to see what discoveries that users make with this unique ability.

I've just made a wee vid showing how you'll be able to easily make banging dancefloor tracks at crazy slow BPMs, which among other things allows you to send a very slow clock and do things like doubling/halving the tempo with just a click or two (or play 100+ times the tempo with a few lazy turns), for fun effect live.

Existing Deluge users will likely already know that you can play a sample (set to 'stretch') back at ANY speed you want by extending the length of a given sample to fill a clip (and the length of a clip of a Deluge is more or less unlimited). This means you could achieve the effect of the sample breaking up as in the video while playing at any BPM you wish, but this video is just to illustrate the ability to be able to play a banger at 2.5 BPM, and having a sample break up as such was a nice illustration of that
