Silencer is needed for Sample/Audio clip edit screen

i love to silence sections of my audio in the Daw or on my Mpc .. it enables me to separate elements of my loops without having to chop or change anything in the original groove .eg .. just making copies of a 1 barr drum loop n then silencing the kick , Snares or any element i choose is really usefull n a kool function to have in any editor ..WE NEED IT IN THIS BAD BOY BOX PLEASE ASAP
