Blinking Time Cursor - more dimming options

The Blinking Time Cursor is almost always brighter than necessary in relation to everything else. I wonder if in addition to being able to turn it ON or OFF, maybe additional settings of 75%, 50% and 25% would allow you to change its relative brightness to the overall brightness you have dialed in across all of your Deluge.
