Trim start of audio clips (according to time signature)

Concerning audio clips v3.0: It would be really nice to be able to adjust the start of an audio clip just like it is possible with the end (red marker). I know that it's possible to adjust the start and end points of the audio file by entering waveform view in seconds, but what if I want to cut for example exactly 1 bar at the beginning?
Somebody else suggested that he even would like to be able to move the whole clip, just like you can in Ableton arrangement view.
