Are the Deluge's envelopes linear? Or time-based rather than rate based?

I've been having a very hard time dialing in a good bell-like amplitude ADSR, and I'm suspecting that the envelope curves are the problem. The envelopes affect pitch linearly. Wondering if the envelopes are time-based linear.
