Constrain CC values when using a modwheel to modulate an OSCillators TRANSpose parameter

I have a song that I want to perform but it requires that I be able to assign the modwheel to the second oscillator's transpose parameter, so that I may dip it between a major third and a minor third. Currently, the Deluge will slide 64 semitones in either direction, which makes it too sensitive to be creatively practical. It would be nice to be able to constrain the values when assigning the modwheel. Not many people may want this but it gives the Deluge more creative applications when using external controllers with a modwheel. Just my two cents.

Thanks @amiga909 for letting me know, I've upvoted the related threads. Looks like a lot of people are supportive of the idea, we all just articulate our idea slightly differently when starting multiple threads.
