Midi cable loopback on Deluge?

Was just reading about some advanced tricks for Digitakt, where one in particular caught my eye and had me wondering if Deluge can do the same: Hook up a cable from midi out, straight back into the IN port, setting up a midi track for each channel, where you can use the built in LFOs to send midi CC modulation back into the device - effectively turning 1 LFO into numerous LFOS/envelopes.
Could be a useful trick if you could use all those extra CC modulations on various destinations of a built in synth or sampler track?

I've been wondering about this as well since I traded my Digitakt for the Deluge. As far as I can tell though you can't map the mod sources to CC destinations. I just looked back through the manual and didn't see anything but I'd love to be wrong.
