Loading/scrolling synths always jumps to a default effect selection

Just stumbled upon something when scrolling through the synths while searching the tight one. Don't know if this is new, or if it was always there.

While playing a song I was searching another synthsound and was scrolling through the synth. Because the whole track wasn't that loud I select the volume of the current synth and turned it down. Then I scrolled to the next synth and the effect jumped back to "cutoff/FM - Res/FM". I selected the volume again, because it was far too loud, tried some stuff and scrolled to the next synth. Same procedure again.

Is this a bug? Could we please leave the effect panel untouched, so I can rely that the effect I selected won't be changed, only because I changed to another synth?
