Multi Port Midi via USB

The idea behind the feature is to have you select midi channels that are the port number, a hyphen, and then the channel number. i.e. [1-01] in midi select gives you port 1 channel 1

Channel 1 would go out via Midi din out and USB
Channel 2-9 would go out via USB exclusively.

One of the nice things about this is that it's purely additive and doesn't change existing setups because no channel specification could default to ch 1.

The idea of the extra channels feels appropriate for the spirit of the deluge.

It doesn't introduce a lot of user complexity.

It hugely improves the ability of the deluge to control a whole studio.

I did a search before for something like this and read through the top few pages of requests to avoid duplications. Apologies if this was already posted.

I'd be happy if the USB port could connect to a seperate MIDI interface, such as one that supports CoreMIDI, and to be able to address those ports directly.

Yep, that'd be great too. I'd see that as being part of the implementation.
