I actually feel bad for asking, considering how this unit continues to astound me, but here goes...
I asked on the facebook group about having a little more control over pre FX sends, and it was sugggested I posted here.
Quite simply, I'd make good use of basic EQ, and LPF/HPF controls prior to a track hitting FX.
