Add shortcuts to immediately jump to start, end, or loop markers in waveform editor

When editing a marker in waveform editor we need to zoom out to find the other marker or the loop markers. It would be very useful to have shortcuts to immediately jump to the desired marker without changing the zoom level.

A suggestion: in waveform editor the vertical scroll knob is not used so this can have the suggested functionality. It should cycle through the markes in the following order: start->end->loop start (if exists)->loop end (if exists). By rotating the knob the focus jumps/scrolls to the next marker in the cycle without changing the zoom level and the marker starts blinking.
Correction: the vertical scroll knob is used in waveform editor for changing the pitch range of audition buttons section. However pushing and turning that knob could do the trick
