Chop Tracks in Arranger

Id like to be able to start tracks from the middle in the arranger. For instance if I have a track that is an 8 bar loop, it would be useful to be able to put it in the arranger starting at the 4th bar of the loop. Maybe it can work by putting the track in the arranger, holding down the first pad on the track and scrolling to the right while holding down shift or sync-scaling.
