Resample directly into kit rows

This would be a method we could make more efficient tor resampling directly to a kit row, instead of having to stop, resample, go to kit, load sample from directory, etc.
How it would work:

1. go to a kit or make a new kit
2. Select (arm) row we want to resample to
3. when resample is completed, would auto load
4. repeat process if desired
