Synth1 VST patches in Deluge?

It would be great to convert Synth1 VST Presets (simple .sy1 files) into Deluge! There are about 25k of free patches around the net and Synth1 itself has (more or less) similar capabilities to Deluge...
Or maybe I'm only dreaming? What do you think?

Would be good if it's easy to implement, I guess it depends how similar (or not) the code is for each synth engine.

Here we can find the structure of Sunth1 VST files: https://sound.eti.pg.gda.pl/student/eim/doc/Synth1.pdf (from page 13). There must be way to "translate" it into Deluge's language...with some compromises of course.

I'm not thinking of one-to-one sound similarity...but when I think about these thousands of patches which can be great starting points of shaping the sound...

Well.. the synth engines have some similarities but they are different. Would be a ton of work to translate Synth1 presets to Deluge and I dont think the result will be very rewarding. I'd rather put effort in an app that can randomize or mutate Deluge presets in a nice (= musically useful) way.
