Quantized recording/re-sampling

It would help with creating loops if we could have a quantized recording function: set a bar length and as you hit record it will sample with the next bar for exactly the number of bars specified (could be one shortcut going from off to 999)

    You can quantize-resample with Rec + Play, but yeah you can't set a number, only stop it at next end of loop with same button combo
