AFAIK, conditional/probability is assigned on a per note (or as many notes as your fingers can press) basis. So if you write say a 2 measure melody line that you don't want to play every time. It's a PITA to program conditional on them ... if you zoom out too much & press all the buttons, it says "MORE" or "LESS" so you have to do them a few at a time.
Perhaps in song view, you could hold down either the launch or audition pad (or both if those are already filled) & assign conditional as you do for notes.
