Track mode: Audition pads light to show the beat/riff

It came to me suddenly whilst watching the deluge play through some beats and riffs, especially when the beat was off the screen and I was doing some recording... Wouldn't it be cool if the audition pads on the right flashed (dim flash) when a note is triggered? They are on when you play the note physically, but would be great to see it when it's triggered by the sequence internally. In kit mode it would be flashes, but in a synth mode the lights would be on the notes as long as the note is held. I think this would be a fantastic way to know what is going on note/kit wise when not on the screen that is playing, and also a good singular visual feedback for seeing a beat!
