Maybe theyve adressed the problem on newer units!? Its a known issue beyond line hum. If you look at an eq graph, you could see a significant consistent spike around 10k. Both sampler and synth versions i had did it. Was real bad with the sampler ca…

I posted awhile back about the cool pairing options with the e2 and deluge. Its true. Ive since though, set the e2 free. Like you say, the 16 independent midi sequencing tracks are nice, as long as you can change your slaved kit's midi channel, sinc…

@Eddy said: OK....after a while everything works fine Now I want to know how to delete a thread from this forum, cause it is a little disgrace cause I was so stupid No need to delete, just explain how you figured it out @Eddy s…

i mean the notes on the track matrix page. the notes that make up your track part. the notes being played, I guess you need to clear the track of notes and then it can fit back into any scale.
-
Did you remove all your notes first?

+1 to midi panic button

@alien_brain. Dang. I can see that as a really fluid way to compose and improvise variations once youve got it all setup. Thinking with @Icoustik tip of recording direct into a kit row could make the process of adding layers even quicker.

@Icoustik said: Kit sampling w/ slick monitoring and direct pad auto-assignment: Go into Settings->Monitor and set it to ON In your new Kit, add row(s) and set the Type to INLR. Connect your sampling source to the Deluge a…

+1 play/restart. Would be nice if that behaviour also applied to the next song in queue, so that rather than waiting for the end of the longest measure, you could hit shift/ play to begin immediate playback.

You've unlocked the secret eurorack modular feature!! Sounds great! 🙌 Jk ha. Thanks for posting though, so it can get looked at.
-
Thanks @fryyyy. Nice work.

Would a latching shift button, as has been requested, do the trick?

I've heard rumors of this, Manuel. He seems highly resourceful, full of knowledge, yet exceedingly solitary and hard to locate... If only someone just knew where we could all consult with this mysterious Manuel character.😫😃 (Just playin @cvgate.…

Sure, you can match tempo between the two. There are a few ways to go about it, but the simplest would be the deluge's usb out port into your computer. Then set your daw to either master or slave to the deluge. You can also just resample the track…

Not at my desk to test...but if i recall correctly, the arranger has a definite "starting" line that you cant go left past. If you want to create some time "from the top", you can do the shortcut where you create time and push the arrangment to the …

@darenager +1 would love to make the matrix a bank/pattern file tree. One full matrix page scrollable each for kits, synths, samples ect, all user favorited by color. So many possibilites available really, with a color coded grid that size.
-
Theres a master transpose.
-
You can assign transpose to a gold knob or to modulation or use a midi controller.
-
No sample delete from the box as of the moment, delete them from the sd card on a computer.
-
Yea, for chromatic tracks you hold learn and press any audition pad (while in track mode for track you want).
-
Yeah, most hardware ive ever encountered that could stream audio over usb was also designed to function as a usb audio interface, which the deluge is not advertised as one. Also with driver updates and latency issues yada yada, as @alien_brain point…

Deluge's clock is auto detected. No global midi channel required. You midi learn what you want by holding the learn button plus the button you want controlled, as you send the message in from your external kit. If a button is already assigned it fl…

@emptyvessel this thread is for the synth and kit patches, for having their own type / taging system, for browsing i assume. Im mainly refering to the sample files. As it is now, on the sd card all song files must be in the song folder named 'songs'…

+1

@emptyvessel sure. i start a new song, say its in slot 10. then on the sd card, in the samples folder, ill create a new folder called "10". now i start creating the song, and say im using the kick from kit 1. ill find that kick on the card and save …

Hi @soundwarrior20, a big help in understanding arranger is how its related to the clone feature in song mode. When you clone a track, its kind of like creating a child from a parent. You're not just making a duplicate, but some of the higher leve…

Nice 1. Like the pads. Internal synth or audio?
-
Yep @cypher79. What ive been doing is to create a song specific folder in the samples directory where i copy all my samples for the project into and make that the pathway. That way, no matter what happens in the main samples folder, as long as my so…

+1 If anyone didnt already know, holding shift while turning the data knob allows you to skip the alphabet iterations, but yes, some extra function like a press down and turn to jump by 10s would be helpfull.
